Delivery

Riyadh, complimentary, with no minimum. Dispatched within one to two business days and with you the next. Kingdom-wide delivery follows.

You will hear from us by email when the order is placed, and by email and WhatsApp when it leaves us.

The pouch

Your sheets arrive sealed in a pouch cut from the same cloth. It is not packaging. It is a swatch you can hold — the same weight, the same coolness, the same color, in the light of your own room.

Handle it before you break the fold. If the cloth is not what you hoped for, send it back sealed and we refund you in full.

Returns

Fourteen days from the day it arrives.

• Sealed in its pouch — full refund to the way you paid.
• Opened but never slept on or washed — store credit at full price, no expiry.
• Slept on or laundered — we cannot take it back. It cannot be sold again, and we will not sell it again.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within two days and none of the above applies. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

We collect it

Either way, we arrange the pickup and we pay for it. Write to care@tensohome.com or message +966 50 989 2326 with your order number and we will reply within two business days with a time.
