1. Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Tenso Home Establishment (مؤسسة تينسو هوم), Commercial Registration 7051769060, VAT Registration 314250459200003, of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

2. Who can order

You must be eighteen or older and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Botanic fibers vary slightly in tone and texture, and screens render color differently from one device to the next. Small variation between the image and the cloth you receive is normal and is not a defect.

Bed sizes follow the Saudi standard and are given in centimeters, length × width. Pocket depth is stated on every fitted sheet.

Stock is finite. Where an item belongs to a limited run we may close sales without notice.

4. Prices, tax and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and include Value Added Tax at the applicable rate. A tax invoice compliant with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority requirements is issued for every order.

We accept mada, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We do not offer cash on delivery.

If a price has been published in error we will contact you before dispatch. You may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — where an item is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud — and will refund anything already paid.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Please read the condition requirements that apply to bedding before you open the pouch.

8. Intellectual property

The TENSO name and wordmark, our designs, photography and text are ours or used under licence, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Lenzing™ and TENCEL™ are trademarks of Lenzing AG, used under licence.

9. Using the site

Please do not use this site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, scrape data from it, or place fraudulent or speculative orders.

10. Your data

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of Riyadh.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
