Where we deliver

TENSO delivers within Riyadh. Kingdom-wide delivery follows. If you are outside Riyadh, write to us and we will tell you when we reach you.

What delivery costs

Nothing. Delivery within Riyadh is complimentary — no minimum order, no surcharge for any district.

When your order arrives

Orders are prepared and dispatched within one to two business days of payment. Delivery in Riyadh follows the next business day.

Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates rather than guarantees; peak periods and events outside our control can add a day.

Staying informed

You will receive an email when your order is placed, and an email and a WhatsApp message when it leaves us. If you have heard nothing within three business days, write to us and a person will answer.

Your address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. Once an order is with our delivery partner we cannot redirect it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could be reached, we will contact you and arrange a second attempt at no cost to you.

On arrival

Risk passes to you on delivery. Open the parcel and check it. If anything is damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within two days — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
